Help needed

Ok...does anyone know how to draw a really cool looking Rasengan or Rasenshuriken? Because I could really use some help on that.

I've got a nice piece of Naruto fanart, I've just finished the line work, I'm doing all the little tidy ups now and I'm planning to scan it this week and hopefully start colouring it over Easter weekend. I'll be putting the line art up soon anyways
